Do you accept special orders?

Yes, we do. Can I place an order for today?

Yes, you can. For same‑day or next‑day orders, please call us at (305) 846‑4970 to confirm availability.

Do you have any gluten free varieties?

No, we don’t offer gluten‑free desserts at the moment. However, we’re always exploring new recipes to delight every palate. In the meantime, feel free to enjoy our other handcrafted treats made with premium ingredients and lots of love.

What are the allergens in your products?

Our artisanal desserts may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, or peanuts. We cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment. If you have allergies or dietary concerns, please let us know so we can guide you toward the best options.

Can I reschedule or cancel my order?

Yes. Please email us at info@dolcedolcezza.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellation. Your request will be processed once confirmed in writing by our team.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. A 10% fee applies for partial refunds, and a 15% fee applies for full refunds if the order is canceled or changed within 24 hours of being placed.

Can I return a product?

No. Our products cannot be returned, as each creation is handmade and prepared fresh once your order is received. If you cancel within 24 hours, we can issue a refund minus the administrative fee.

SHIPPING INQUIRIES

Do you include an invoice with the shipment?

No. We include a packing slip with the order description.

Do you ship international?

No, we don’t.

What is the estimated lead-time?

We ship most packages via FedEx to ensure your desserts arrive fresh and on time. Estimated transit times:

  • Florida: 1 business day

  • East Coast: around 2 business days

  • West Coast: 3–4 business days

Orders placed on Thursday that require 3–4 days of transit are shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

Do you offer expedite delivery service?

Yes, we do (additional charges apply). Please contact us at (305) 846‑4970 or info@dolcedolcezza.com. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may vary slightly.

Do you have home delivery Service?

Yes. Home deliveries are available Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM. For special requests, please contact us.

Please note that if no one is home at the time of delivery, the order cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Where are you located?

We are located in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Do you have a store?

We don’t have a physical storefront at the moment, but we offer Curbside Pickup. Place your order online and select “Pick Up” at checkout. We’ll email you to coordinate the best pickup time.

Why isn’t anyone answering when I call the store?

We answer all calls, texts, and emails in the order they are received. During peak seasons, call volume increases significantly. We appreciate your patience as we work to assist every customer with care.
