What are the allergens in your products?
At Dolce Dolcezza, we understand the importance of knowing what goes into your favorite treats. Can I reschedule or cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Please send us an email at info@dolcedolcezz.com within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes or cancel your order. Your request will be processed once confirmed in writing by a member of our customer service team.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a refund. Please take into consideration that a 10% fee applies for partial refunds, and a 15% fee applies for full refunds if the order was canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing your order.

Do you include an invoice with the shipment?
No, we don't. We include a packing slip with the description of the order.
Do you ship international?
No, we don’t.
What is the estimated lead-time?
We use FedEx to ship most of our packages to ensure your delicious homemade desserts arrive fresh and on time. Transit times depend on your location: Florida usually takes 1 business day, most of the East Coast around 2 business days, and the West Coast typically requires 3-4 business days. For orders placed on a Thursday that need 3-4 business days for delivery, we schedule shipping for the following Monday to avoid unnecessary delays over the weekend. This way, your sweet treats reach you in perfect condition, ready to make your special moments even sweeter!
Do you offer expedite delivery service?
Yes, we do (available at an additional charge). Please contact us by phone at (305) 846-4970 or email at info@dolcedolcezza.com. Your sweet moments are our priority! Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may vary slightly. We always strive to ensure that your delicious treats arrive fresh and ready to delight your family and friends.
Do you have home delivery Service?
Yes, we do. Our home delivery times are Monday - Friday between 10 am to 3 pm. For special request home deliveries, please contact us by phone at (305) 846-4970 or email at info@dolcedolcezza.com. Please be aware that if you are not at home, you lose your order.

Do you have a store?
Currently, we don’t have a physical store, but we’re happy to offer Curbside Pick Up for your convenience. Simply place your order online and choose the "pick up" option at checkout. Once we receive your order, we’ll send you an email to coordinate the best time for you to come by and pick up your delicious treats. We can’t wait to sweeten your day!
Why isn’t anyone answering when I call the store?
Your homemade dessert experience is important to us, and we want to make sure you receive the best service possible! We answer all calls, text messages, and emails in the order they are received. Please take into consideration that during the peak season, we receive a high volume of calls. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to assist each and every customer.
